Himachal Pradesh

Himachal Pradesh is a state in northern India that lies in the western Himalayas. It is known for its extreme landscape, rich culture, and diverse wildlife. The state has four major regions, each with its own physiographic features and climate. The Siwalik Range forms the southern border, with hot summers and wet monsoons.The state is also famous for its tourism, handicrafts, and hydropower. Shimla, the capital, was once the summer retreat of the British colonial rulers. Other popular destinations include Dalhousie, Kullu, Manali, Dharamshala, and Kasauli.

Leh Ladakh
Leh - The original name of the town was not sLel, as it is nowadays spelled, but sLes, which signifies an "encampment of nomads" (pastureland). 
Ladakh - Rock carvings found in many parts of Ladakh indicate the area has been inhabited from Neolithic times.Ladakh's earliest inhabitants consisted of nomads known as Kampa Quality.

Pengong lake is very famous tourist place over there.

North East

The Northeast region can be physiographically categorised into the Eastern Himalaya, the Patkai and the Brahmaputra and the Barak valley plains. The Seven Sister States is a popular term for contiguous states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, and Tripura prior to inclusion of the state of Sikkim into the North Eastern Region of India.

Rajsthan

Rajasthan means "The Land of Kings"  The oldest reference to Rajasthan is found in a stone inscription dated back to 625 CE. Rajasthan is known for its customs, culture, colours, majestic forts, and palaces, folk dances and music, local festivals, local food, sand dunes, carved temples and Havelis. Jaipur The pink city is the capital of Rajsthan.

Madhya Pradesh

The center of India. One half of the state is forested and offers a unique panorama of wildlife. In the National Parks of Kanha, Bandhavgarh, Shivpuri and many others visitors have the opportunity to see the tiger, the bison and a wide variety of deer and antelope in natural surroundings.
